Over the years I have spent nearly $24,000 on Shakeology… (ouch)
Here’s the math…
With my wife and I both drinking it everyday for over 10 years, $200/mth for 120 mths = $24,000 (that could have been 3 luxury vacations.)
9 months ago I switched to something that I believe is BETTER.
AND over 70% CHEAPER.
There is NO “proprietary blend”, which is a way companies can get around sharing exactly the amount of each ingredient included in the formulation.
For example, it’s great a product has Ashwagandha in it, but if there is only 10 mg of it… that’s not enough to have any benefits. With Shakeology they hide behind their “proprietary blend” and don’t share the exact amounts of all the ingredients.
Instead of vagueness, this new alternative comes with transparency.
The website includes a COA (Certificate of Analysis) that shares EXACTLY what the ingredients are, and how much of each ingredient is included. Something that is not available with Shakeology.
AND when a member makes a purchase, I make absolutely NO commission.
My Recommended Shakeology Alternative
They have a Whey Protein Shake
And a Plant Based Vegan Protein Shake
A good combo is to add the Super Greens to the shake and blend (I also add their Creatine w/HMB to mine). I believe this combo would be an overall better shake than Shakeology.
